The Snowflake Winter Ball 2009!

On Friday 27th November 2009, Exeter MedSoc will be hosting the Winter Ball at the Palace Hotel, Torquay. The theme is Snowflakes and this year is set to be our best yet! There will be buses coming from Plymouth, Truro and Exeter and this Uni-Wide event is the highlight of any Medics Social Calendar!

Tickets

Tickets cost £40 Members/ £45 Non-Members and includes all your entertainment, transport, meal, half a bottle of wine and welcome drinks on arrival. There will be some other surprises too!

To order your tickets, please download the form below and fill it in. Tickets are sold as tables, in group of 8 and 12 so create your table and return your form to 10, St Annes Road, Exeter, EX1 2QD along with the correct money (memberships will be checked).

The deadline for returned forms is Saturday 7th November and all tickets are sold on a first-come first-served basis. There is limited capacity to the event so get your forms in asap!

Travel

Buses are included in the price of the ticket and will be offering return transport to Truro, Plymouth and Exeter. If you want to make your own way there, the event is being held at the Palace Hotel, Torquay. Check back to find out times to and from the event.

Raffle

There will be a raffle held on the night with loads of great prizes to be won, including Paintball Vouchers, MCQ Books, a Digital Radio plus many many more! All proceeds will go to our supported charities, Children With Leukaemia and South West Children's Hospice's!

Accommodation

We have negotiated reduced price accommodation if you are planning on staying in the hotel on the night of the ball. The Price is £36 per person for the night and include breakfast. Call them on 01803 200200 to book your room!

The Winter Ball is one of the grandest events of the year and not to be missed. Don't forget to get your forms in by the 7th November and ensure your attendance!
