Peninsula Ski Trip 2010 - Les Deux Alps

This years ski trip to Les Deux Alps is 26th March - 3rd April. The basic price is £369 which includes return transport from your locality, accomodation, and a 6 day lift pass. This is the best price you will find for a ski trip at the current exchange rate so we are hoping to get loads of people booked on for the trip this year.

For those of you who have been before you will know that the ski trip is one of the best weeks of the year. Les Deux Alps offers a wide varitey of skiing for all ablilites and a good number of bars and clubs for massive apres ski.

We have a busy social schedule lined up which will be announced nearer the time but it is guaranteed to include lots of fancy dress, bar crawls, a tartiflette meal in a mountain restaurant, our own Yeti Bar, and of course the legendary rave night!

For all of you freshers it is a week to rival freshers fortnight and it is a chance for the older years to go absolutely mental when they finally get a week out of the hospital!

This trip is promising to be one of the biggest trips yet with both Medics and Dentists coming. It is also open to friends so feel free to bring along people who are not at Peninsula.

SKIING

Les Deux Alps is a great place for beginners to learn with a nursery slope on your doorstep and loads of easy runs to learn and practice on.

For intermediates there is a massive area of red and blue runs leading right up to a glacier.

Experts will love Les Deux Alps with some great high altitude offpiste skiing, the glacier with guaranteed good snow, and an awesome snow park which is one of the best in Europe.

When you book it's important to select that you need accomodation and a lift pass. They are included in your price of £369 but they need to be chosen as an option when you book.

There are extras such as ski hire, ski lessons, food, and a tartiflette meal in a restaurant up the mountain that are all optional but have an additional cost.

Make sure you select where you want to get the bus (they leave from your locality, London, or Dover) which is included in your basic price.

If you want to book your own transport rather than come on the buses then your trip will be £50 cheaper than the basic price.

We recommend you have insurance as it is skiing and injuries can happen so bring your own or select the option when you book if you don't have any.Also Linen is NOT provied in the accomodation so make sure you select the linen option for £10 if you want it or bring your own/sleeping bag/make special friends with Ed Gildeh.

In total you will have to pay a price of £409 which includes a damage deposit of £40 which will be repaid back to you at the end of the trip.

FOR NOW ALL YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SECURE YOUR TRIP IS PAY £100 so it won't rinse your loan!
