NEW THIS YEAR: For all those girls who want to let off some steam, get fit and have fun!!!!!

PWRFC will be starting end of September, and will fit in with netball times so we can do BOTH. My plan is to get everyone nice and fit, learn the rules (I don't know all of them either) and just start from scratch. Plus have a fabulous time!

It's going to be great fun, and something I really want to get off the ground.
I'm thinking cool stash, size zero bodies and moves the guys will want to get to grips with..... (or is that just my very dirty imagination)
